Camping sucked last night. It was in the high 30’s and the ground felt extra hard. Plus, you have to put all of your stuff in bear lockers. The lockers were too small for me to sleep in, though.
I was in the Sequoia National Park, which was a bit of a let down after Yosemite.
Headed for a nice bed and a shower in Vegas, I should be at the Grand Canyon tomorrow afternoon.
The riding has been good but today will be a long haul across the Mohave Desert.
Maybe I’ll hit it big in Vegas and I’ll be able to skip camping for the rest of the trip. Fingers crossed.
